Celebrate the 4th of July with the North Shore Democrats in Lago Vista’s parade! Bring friends and family - little ones too. We assemble on Tuesday, July 4 between 8-9:30 AM in the parking lot of St. Mary’s Church, and then at 10 AM travel the one mile route down Dawn Drive.
Our theme this year is "Peace, Love, Vote." Our float is "back to the 1960s." fashion of the ‘60s and ‘70s . We’ll dress in the bright colors, tie-dye, beads, and flowers that recall that era. We’ll be listening to great music. Think “Age of Aquarius / Let the Sun Shine In.” Our float will be festooned with peace signs and banners.

The theme brings back the spirit of the 60s and 70s, with costumes, music, and banners reminiscent of that era. Lots of fun for the whole family.
