Lots of throats downed lots of suds at the 3d Annual NorthShore Craft Beer Festival 2023, held all afternoon on Saturday, Nov 3, at Bar K Park. The event was organized by the North Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce.
Applause to the North Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce, and the terrific NSD volunteers who graciously offered up their precious Saturday afternoon to work our booth. Their duty was nicely complemented, fortunately, by gorgeous weather, an expansive array of beverages and beer, and great music.
“The Beer Festival was very well organized, and it was very easy for exhibitors,” remarked NSD ATeam Captain Anne Ochoa. “The Chamber deserves a lot of kudos for a fine event.”
NSD was able to register at least one voter (even though the registration deadline for the November 2023 election had passed), assisted voters with questions on mail-in voting, and added names to our mailing list, Ochoa said.
“We talked to a lot of people,” she said. ““This event definitely increased our visibility in the community.”
The beer flowed cold and smooth, the music rollicked (rockers Madam Radar headlined), and the people grinned and laughed. A great time was had by all.
