Today, April 4, is the last day to register in Travis County for the very important May 4 local election. This low-turnout election is expected to draw only 3-5 percent of local voters, which translates to 500-800 total votes.
Your vote counts more than ever! And this election will have critical impact on our schools, parks, property value, and more.

Early voting in Lago
North Shore Democrats have confirmed that early voting in Lago Vista will be available at Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church, 21900 FM 1431, Lago Vista. Early voting is also available at other Travis County sites. Early voting runs from April 22 through April 30, 7am-7pm except Sunday, when the hours are noon-6pm.
May 4 Election Day voting
On Election Day, one can vote from 7 am-7 pm at Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church, 21900 FM 1431, Lago Vista; Jonestown Community Center, 18649 FM 1431 Ste. 6A, Jonestown; and Lago Vista High School, 5185 Lohman Ford Rd.
On May 4 (or earlier for early voters), you can stop a threatened GOP take over of the Board of Directors of the Travis County Appraisal District.

May 28 runoff
